Sign in, create mode, and generate your first track in minutes.
Welcome to Suno. This guide helps you go from zero to a finished song quickly.
Sign in and open Create
Use Chrome or Edge for the best experience. Sign in with Discord, Google, or Microsoft. Open Create from the sidebar to start a new generation.
Simple mode first
In Simple mode, describe the vibe in one line (e.g. upbeat indie pop about summer nights). Suno returns full songs with lyrics and vocals—great for exploring styles.
Custom mode basics
Switch to Custom when you have lyrics ready. Paste them in Lyrics, add style tags in Styles, set Song Title, then generate. See the next tutorial for deeper Custom tips.
Credits and limits
Free accounts get daily credits; each generation typically uses several credits. Check your balance in the app before batching many runs.
